The new Pokémon pack a lot more style than previous generations. This change of inspiration is very apparent in the game’s world map, which differs dramatically from previous titles.Īs well as new locations, Pokémon Black and Pokémon White introduce a whopping 156 new Pokémon. Unlike previous regions, which were all based on locations in Japan, this new territory is modeled after the United States, specifically New York City.
Pokémon Black and Pokémon White are the first set of games to take place in the Unova region, an area situated far beyond the land of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh. The result of their efforts is one of the finest-playing Pokémon titles to date. Fortunately Game Freak understood the benefits of beginning the fifth generation of Pokémon on the Nintendo DS as opposed to waiting until Nintendo’s next handheld.
Numerous remakes have been released in the span of those four years to tide over die-hard fans, but the desire for a new set of games has always been present. (the current plot setup would probably have to be changed around a good bit for it and the 3rd legendary isn’t that telling of the next game either nor was it involved in the story so far.-Starter and there types aren’t that impressive/diffe.It has been four years since the release of Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl, and during the interim, Pokémon fans have longed for the introduction of the fifth generation of Pocket Monsters. you usually have no need for a hm slave as there is only a few places to use strength and cut.- online and wireless play options are pretty good but the companion online site is still not up just yet(as of march 25)CONS-Pokemon back sprites are pixel-ly in battle a kind of trade off for the Pokemon battles with a little more movement on screen.-Online/Wireless (c-gear) features take up touch screen even if your not using it.-This game honestly should have been held back for 3ds honestly would have made the game much better graphically will create a weird situation for the 3rd game. Team plasma is a pretty interesting villain but you still get sick of the grunts even more so since there isnt any true plasma bosses besides the 2 main villains.-New Pokemon are the only Pokemon you encounter and so it fixes some of the problem with seeing so many zubat/tentacool and you don’t see a bunch of any single Pokemon as there replacement.-TMs reusable and HMs not much of a hastle. But still by sticking to the general formulaPROS-Storytelling of the game is better.Gym leaders are much more involved in the story. Lets cut to the chase Pokemon black and white are a pretty awesome game and they clear up some nuances that exists in the previous entries.
